Our story

Don't Worry started in a family kitchen in Mexico in 2009 with one stubborn idea: a sweet treat shouldn't cost you anything. Seventeen years and six hundred recipes later the meringue is still one calorie a piece, and the Sharks have tried it.

Here is the whole secret. We whip egg whites until they are light as air, sweeten them with a blend that keeps sugar out and flavor in, and bake them until the shell is crisp and the center melts the second it lands. Some flavors carry a tiny chocolate, cookie or fruit center. That is why a classic meringue is one calorie and a chocolate-filled one is four.

Now made for the US

We came stateside through Texas, grew roots in Houston, and in April 2026 took the meringues into the Tank. Today they ship from a US warehouse to every state. The four bundles below are where most people start.
