Don't Worry, We've Got Answers
Our meringues are a delicious low-calorie dream. We whip egg whites until they're light as air, sweeten them just right, and bake them until the outside is perfectly crisp and the inside melts on your tongue. Some flavors feature a small chocolate, cookie, or fruit center for that extra satisfying bite.
Yes. For real. Our classic meringues are 1 calorie per piece, while our chocolate-filled flavors — Double Chocolate, Hazelnut, and Mint — are 4 calories per piece due to their tiny chocolatey center. Still incredibly light and completely worth it. All Don't Worry Snacks range from 1 to 7 calories per piece!
