Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States, Alaska and Washington, D.C. We can't currently ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.

Shipping cost

• Orders of $40 or more ship free.
• Orders under $40 pay a flat $6.

The $40 is worked out on your order total after any discount code.

When your order ships

Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Texas, usually within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Delivery then takes about 3 to 5 business days.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship on the schedule you chose. You can skip, pause or cancel any time from your account.

Changing your address

Email us as soon as possible if you need to change the shipping address. We can update it until your order ships.

Late, lost or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery time above, goes missing or arrives damaged, email info@dontworrysnacks.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number. We'll send a replacement free of charge, or refund the order if you prefer. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Refused deliveries

If a delivery is refused at the door, the order is treated as no longer wanted, and we can't replace or refund it.
