Ingredients:
For the donuts:
- 40 g oats
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 egg and 2 whites
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cap of vanilla extract
- 10 drops of stevia
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 / 4 cup light milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 small frozen banana
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp ricotta cheese
- Vanilla
- 17 g unsweetened chocolate
- Meringues!
1. Prepare the ice cream by grinding the ingredients in the blender and store it for at least half an hour in the freezer (while you make the donuts).
2. Mix the ingredients for the donuts in the blender and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave. You can make aprox 12 donuts (don't fill your molds too much so they don't overflow)
3. Unmold the donuts and form towers on top of each tower add a scoop of ice cream and decorate with the chocolate (Melt it for 30 seconds in the microwave and when if you want it more liquid, add 1 tbsp of vegetable milk)
4. Add your flavour favorite meringue and cinnamon as much as you want!
