Ingredients:
- 40 g oats
- 1/2 banana
- 4 clear
- 1 splash of non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Stevia and baking powder
Filling and toppings:
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoon unsweetened jam
- 1 scoop of ice cream
- Don't Worry chocolate meringues
Preparation:
1. Blend the cake ingredients in the blender and cook in a bowl for 3 minutes in the micro. If you see that it is still missing, alternate between 30 and 30 seconds.
2. Take out the center of the bread to simulate a bowl and fill with the yogurt, ice cream and toppings.
3. Optional you can add a teaspoon of unsweetened maple syrup.
