Ingredients:

  • 40 g oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4 clear
  • 1 splash of non-dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Stevia and baking powder

Filling and toppings:

  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon unsweetened jam
  • 1 scoop of ice cream
  • Don't Worry chocolate meringues

Preparation:

1. Blend the cake ingredients in the blender and cook in a bowl for 3 minutes in the micro. 
If you see that it is still missing, alternate between 30 and 30 seconds.
2. Take out the center of the bread to simulate a bowl and fill with the yogurt, ice cream and toppings.
3. Optional you can add a teaspoon of unsweetened maple syrup.
